Step 1: Recover your supplier code

After buying Woodbrass you get one:

  • Product Key / Product key / License code
    • either in the reseller's confirmation email,
    • Or in your customer area,

Keep this code: this is the one you are going to register with Fender.

Step 2: Create/login to your MyFender account (Fender Studio)

Download and activate Fender Studio Pro 8, you need aAccount MyFender:

  1. Go to:my.fender.com.
  2. Click onSign UpIf you do not have an account, fill out the form and validate.
  3. If you already have a Fender account (Fender Play, guitar recording, etc.), click onLog inConnect with yourEmail + password.

You will receive a verification email to activate the account if it is a first creation.

Step 3: Save your Fender Studio Pro 8 code to Fender Studio

Once connected tomy.fender.com:

  1. Go to the tabMy GearThen click onRegister Products/Register a Product.
  2. ChooseSoftwareorSoftware or add-on.
  3. Paste yoursProduct Key(code received by the reseller or in the box).
  4. Validate forRegister the productin your account.

After registration:

  • Fender Studio Pro 8 appears in your software list (My Gear / Software list).
  • You can click onView my productto view detailed product sheet and downloads.

Step 4: Download and install Fender Studio Pro 8

Always connected tomy.fender.com, open the product pageFender Studio Pro 8viaMy Gear → View My Product.

  1. Click onDownload Installfor your system (Windows / macOS/Linux).
  2. Launch the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

He now remains atActivate the license in the software.

Step 5: Activate Fender Studio Pro 8 Online

Once Fender Studio Pro 8 is installed:

  1. Launch Fender Studio Pro 8.
    • The license window opens, then the windowFender LoginIt is displayed.
  2. Sign in with your MyFender account
    • Enter yoursEmail address MyFenderand yoursPassword by, then click onSign in.
  3. Automatic activation (most common case)
    • If your Product Key has been saved in your account (Step 3),Fender Studio Pro 8 activates automaticallyat the first login.
  4. If the activation window still appears:

You can see a window like this:

    • "Activate with Fender Studio Pro+(subscription),
    • "Activate my purchased version of Studio Pro"(perpetual license), possibly with a fieldProduct Key.

In the case of anReseller codeClassical (perpetual license):

    • Choose"Activate my purchased version of Studio Pro".
    • If the Product Key field is not already filled in, paste yourProduct Key.
    • Click onActivate.

The software connects to the Fender servers and validates the license.
