Do you order regularly online and lose the thread of your parcels? The applicationShop, edited free by Shopify, group your orders and their tracking in one place. Here's how to install it, then how to track your deliveries step by step.

What is Shop?

Shop is an application for buyers. It automatically regains your orders placed in online stores (including those that work with Shopify or Shop Pay), then displays the progress of each package: preparation, shipping, transit, delivery.

Step 1: install Shop

1. Open theApp Store(iPhone) orGoogle Play(Android).
2. Search"Shops: parcel tracking"(editor: Shopify) and pressInstall.
3. Launch the application and pressContinue.
4. Enter ite-mail address or telephone numberthat you use for your purchases. This is what allows Shop to find your orders.
5. Enter theverification codereceived by e-mail or SMS.
6. Allow themNotificationto be notified as soon as a package changes status.

Step 2: find your orders

Once logged in, your commands automatically appear in the dedicated tab. You have nothing to enter: Shop attaches them to your email address or phone number.

Step 3: Track a package

1. Select the order that interests you.
2. Consult hisStatus(in preparation, shipped, in transit, delivered), theCarrierand theFollow-up number.
3. Activate themNotificationto receive each update without reopening the application.

My order does not appear: what to do?

• Make sure you are logged in withthe same e-mail address or numberonly at the time of purchase.
• Patient untilexpedition: tracking exists only once the package is delivered to the carrier.
• If the store does not use Shopify, the order may not be displayed. Then use the tracking link of the confirmation email.
