If you have a credit note, it is automatically credited to your customer account asCredit store, usable as a means of payment on future purchases.

Consult your store credit

Your store credit balance is visible at any time from yourCustomer area, in the section"My Profile". You will find the available amount and the history of your assets.

Use your store credit when ordering

Store credit is automatically used as a payment method at the time of validation of your order:

1. Add your items to your cart and validate your cart as usual.
2. Log in to your account (see article"How do I create an account and log in?").
3. At the payment stage, the amount of your available store credit is automatically deducted from your total order.
4. If there is still an amount to be paid after deducting your credit, you complete the payment with the payment method of your choice (credit card, etc.).
5. If your store credit covers the full amount of the order, you will not be requested additional payment.

📌Good to know:

• Store credit is specific to your customer account and can only be used by logged in.
• It is automatically taken into account, you have no code to enter.
• If you have a store credit balance after your order, it remains available in your account for your subsequent purchases.
