How is the delivery of movable pianos?

The delivery of large pianos to Woodbrass is made via our carrierGeodes. This service is organized by appointment to ensure a reception in the best conditions.

Here's how it works:

  • Delivery by appointment: Once your piano is picked up by Géodis, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to fix a delivery slot. Appointments are available fromMonday to Friday, during the day. Allow a period of 3-5 days.

  • Making an appointment: You will only be able to make an appointment once your order is in the possession of Géodis and their system has generated the tracking of your package.
