Step 1: Recover your supplier code

After purchasing Woodbrass, you receive one:

  • Product code / activation key / voucher code
    • in the order confirmation email,

Keep this code: it is notNot yetthe MAGIX serial number, but it will allow you to get it.

Step 2: Turn the supplier code into a MAGIX serial number

To obtain theThe real serial number MAGIX, we must firstExchangeyour provider code on the MAGIX website.

  1. Go to the page:
    https://www.magix.com/redeem
  2. Enter yoursSupplier/voucher codein the field provided, then validate.
  3. The site asks you to:
    • YouConnectto your MAGIX Service Center account, or
    • Creating an accountIf you don't have one yet (see Step 3).
  4. Once the code is accepted:
    • the product is associated with your account,
    • You receive byEmailOneSerial number MAGIX(Often in "P3-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx").

ThisSerial numberIt will then be used to activate the software on your computer.

Step 3: Create/log in to your MAGIX Service Center account

To manage your MAGIX licenses, everything goes through theService Center.

  1. See you at:
    https://www.magix.com/support/my-service-center/
  2. If you already have a MAGIX account:
    • Click onLoginAnd enter yoursEmail + password.
  3. If you do not have an account:
    • Click onGet a new loginorRegister,
    • Fill out the form (name, email, password) and validate.

Once connected, you will have access to the sectionMy Products / My productswhere will all your software and itsSerial numbers, and the devices on which they are activated.

Step 4: Download and install your MAGIX software

After exchanging your code and receiving yourSerial number:

  1. In theService Center MAGIX, openMy Products / My products.
  2. Click on the relevant software (e.g.MAGIX Video Deluxe,Music Maker,Acid,Sound forge, etc.).
  3. Download theinstallercorresponding (Windows - most MAGIX software is Windows only).
  4. Launch the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

The most important thing for activation is theSerial numberwhich you received in Step 2.

Step 5: Activate MAGIX software (online)

During theFirst launchFrom MAGIX software:

  1. A window of"Activation / Registration"opens automatically.
  2. Please enter:
    • yoursSerial number MAGIX,
    • TheE-mail addressyour MAGIX account (the same as for the Service Center).
  3. Choose the option:
    • "Activate & register immediately online"(or in English "Activate and register online").
  4. Validate.
    • The software connects to MAGIX servers, verifies the series and associates activation withThis computer.

ImportantFor recent versions of MAGIX, aInternet connection is mandatoryfor online activation.

After that, the software passes intoFull version(No more demo mode/limitations).
